Guess who is this....aha...better not be mistaken..
Even i dont know what is his official name for now...
and i dont know how to name his jutsu also....
(Help me think of cool Name,My personal taste if his name has smtg represent wind)

SYNOPSIS:
Let me tell you the story...dont fell to sleep
so what is happening in here...
even though he has hyuuga bloodlines,he was considered as a failure or loser among the rest,
his byakugan is not as powerful as the original's...
took him quite sometimes just to able to activate it.and it does effect on mastering the Jyuuken Ho technique which require him to controll his cakra perfectly to his eyes and to his fist.without his eyes to able to see all the cakra points in the body,he cant use this jutsu....so at his current age,he still cant master the 64 points Jyuuken.
hyuuga felt ashame when they talk about him,so they prefer to keep silent.
His GrandDad,Hyuuga Hiashi was speechless to witness his grandchild,who was born inside the elite family cant do much than a low rank shinobi.

while for villagers that havent known him,they all talk sweet and praise him as a hero like his daddy.
when they know he is not as good as they expected,some of them still give him some respect,but most of them laugh and talk bad bout him.

He him self tried very hard not to dissapoint everyones he love.(glad he inherit naruto's never give up attitude)

in the story he should look more dirty and beaten up...
everybody is like saying it must be luck that he able to proceed till the last round.

his apponent decided to humiliate him before he end the battle.
(Thanks to him,Our dude finally become Super Cool)

After so much provocation and humiliation,Our Dude
finally showed 'SOMETHING'that people used to expect from him.

With all of his unperfection
give birth to 1 of a extreme unique jutsu
After he activated his byakugan,he managed to find an opening and unleashed
"The Jyuuken Ho Hakke nijyu yousho"
its uncomplete version of 64 points that defenately kill all the cakra on the opponents body.
Instead of that its only strike at 24 cakra points and only able to paralize.
at the last point,he strike with unperfect rasengan to the opponents body with some alteration on cakra,it goes inside the opponent's body and reacted to all the 23 points cakra and morp into a perfect rasengan to hit inside the body
it happen to be each hit during the 23 strikes,our dude was aiming to seal the opponents cakra(creates a small cakra barrier with his owns around the opponent's cakra points cause it to flow full through the barrier)its very different than what the hyuuga usually do,they strike the point to cut the cakra flow.
so when the rasengan enter the last point (middle of ripcase area)it resonates with the others cause it to morp into complete rasengan.

"Same concept as how naruto did his rasengan.he need to use his another hand to inject the cakra around the rasengan."
(Dont know how people gonna survive that one,but ofcorse in the story the opponent didnt die,we dont want our dude become a killer to proof his existance rt?
Either he was holdin back or that guy just got lucky)

He wasnt able to master the complete Jyuuken........
He wasnt able to master Rasengan........
but he descovered what others cant......
He completed both jutsus as ONE
from that day onward.....
he was aknowledge....as the FUTURE LEGEND
