NB:the picture of Sado Face on the left,i just cut it from the google,(too lazy too recolor since its nicely done already)i found there is done by someone in DA
but i cant read the name,so if anyone hav a clue pls link me i wana credit the owner

so ever since Sado eccepted the identity of his power,he begins to understand the method of obtaining his power is to absorb all kind of energy from one of its own(Hollow)
His right arm of the giant by shielding attacks towards it,it has an ability to absorb the attacks and convert it to energy and channel it to the left arm of the devil to create unbelieveble destruction power.

so everytime Sado kills any hollow type(vastlord or arrancar,etc)
He will strengten his power.thats how he got his armor

basicly he is not the same Sado Yasutora like anime or manga nymore.
