Oke here is when Naruto has unleashed all the nine tails altogether.
he maintain back his body but he is covered by the blood cakra and his pupil generated 9 simple symbol of fire,on each one of them,there will be a small blood liquid fire burning on the symbol to show how huge the cakra he going to use.
it charges simultaneously until the 9th symbol, but every time he uses his cakra it will goes back to 1st symbol, so he completely cant control the cakra burst power.
Example on the 5th symbol if he created rasengan, it just gona use all the 5 symbol cakra at once and he cant make the rasengan any stronger until he waits the symbol glows at 6th and above so as other way around.
He is completely out of his mind in this state
The reason why he is still able maintaining his own images is because of the seal in his body
The seal is a lot stronger than the youndaime’s seal.supressing the blood cakra from coming out from all of his body like what you guys see in his 4th tail form,so it wont damage naruto’s body as high as it suppose to be.

The only one who can stop him is either the one who do the seal; mokuton ninjutsu; or an uchihas
